Food for Thought – Let things go

When facing difficult times, when you need to move on with your life, when you have been hurt or disappointed, when forgiveness is needed in your life and in a situation.

Remember what has passed will not return. We can not for ever children be, late adolescents, sons, daughters, that to feel rancor towards our parents or lovers who re live an affair with someone who has gone away and has not the least intention of coming back. To hold ourselves in the past, as a victim the only person who drinks the poison is you!

Things pass and the best we can do is to let them go away. Let things go…Release yourself, detach yourself from them.

When facing difficult times, when you need to move on with your life

Nobody plays life with marked cards, so sometimes we win and sometimes we lose.

Stop turning on your emotional television to watch the same program over and over again, the one that shows how much you have suffered, that is only poisoning you, nothing else.

Close the cycle. Not because of pride, incapacity or arrogance, but simply because that no longer fits your life.

Shut the door, and change the record, clean the house and shake off the dust

STOP being who you were and change into who you are !
