Why Learn With Me?
When my menopause started, I was in complete shock. I never expected to have menopause as I had a full hysterectomy in my early 30’s and just got on with my life. I never gave menopause a thought. When I hit 48 I started having hot flashes, weight gain, night sweats, anxiety and other symptoms. It was an eye opener when I was told I was in menopause. I realized then that the body is much more than just the organs and we are not just the body.
I started to study holistic therapies and this completely changed my life.
I shifted my menopause mindset and went through menopause without taking any HRT or meditations. The only thing I used was a natural progesterone cream and holistic therapies.
It was because of this I eventually left the corporate world and went into practicing and teaching holistic therapies worldwide, offering holistic life coaching and writing self-help articles and a book.
I now share how to shift a menopause mindset, using my real-life experience incorporating spirituality and holistic practices that can easily be done at home, with women who are going through perimenopause and menopause to help them, their families, friends and communities.

If you think you are ill, you will feel ill. Having a negative mindset around menopause will make you feel worse. You can shift your mindset around menopause and alter your experience.
In this module you will start seeing how menopause can be a perfect opportunity to change your life and move into something new.
Module 2:  Natural, Holistic, Practical and Fun Tools To Help With Menopause
We are so used to going to a doctor and asking for a pill to cure. Menopause cannot be cured, because it’s not an illness!  It’s a process that your body is going through but you forget that you are much more than your body.
How about trying a holistic approach which helps the mind, body and the soul and have some FUN along the way?
