Instruction should be creative, effective and safe. My ultimate goal as a personal trainer is to see clients who commit to a lifestyle of fitness to achieve their goals.

I have trained college athletes all the way up to senior citizens, each client gives a new challenge that brings a smile to my face every time. Although I have a special place in my heart for people who need to put on weight, since I struggled with being underweight for a number of years.
