How often do we say to ourselves, or to others, I am so tired! My head is so full, I can’t think straight…How often do others say it to you ?
What we forget is it is not busy-ness in life that makes us tired, but it is thinking too much that makes us mentally tired.
So how do we not get mentally tired? The answer is not to get distracted, get upset or get
too ‘lost’ in anything or anyone.
Don’t think too much about the work. Just do it! Then your mind will stay rested whilst you work
Dont think about and worry about things that have not happened, may never happen ! Or things you can not change, like the past.
Live in the moment and in the now and keep your mind clear of things that are not immediate, not you, or your direct life.
