We all suffer stress in various ways. Stressful thoughts are our own doing. If you can see and accept that you create your own stress according to how you are responding to happenings, and how you are thinking about things. You will then see that there is something you need to unlearn as well as learn.
Your normal and old way of response needs to be unlearned and a new way of response needs to be learned.
Next time you are stressed about an issue/happening write down what the problem is, how you responded or thought about it. Then see how you can respond and think differently about it.
As the old adage goes ‘if you always do what you have always done you will always get what you always got! So stop and think and change.
