Let go of anger

We all get angry, it is a natural reaction to things that have irritated us, or we have deemed wrong. Anger can spur us on to achieve things we may never have done and can urge us into action. It is quick and has a powerful energy with it.

However holding on to anger and letting it simmer and boil within us causes an acid that does more harm to the vessel in which it is stored rather than to the person on whom it is poured.

Don’t hold on to anger, let it go, accept whatever it is that caused you to anger then let it go ! Otherwise it will only harm you and cause you much misery and affect your health in more ways than one.
