Let the past be the past, both your past and the past of others.
There’s no need to keep repeating the past your head, or reminding other constantly about theirs.
Think: Whatever happened, happened, it’s time to move on. The past has gone, it cannot be changed. No amount of thinking about it will change it ! It will just pull your energy down. If there were lessons to be learnt, learn them, move on.
Instead why not be supportive and make life easy, not difficult, for yourself and others. When you stay in the present, everything is easier and clearer and much more pleasant. Life goes on regardless. You can choose to live in the past and be left behind or to move on and be happy.
