Over Thinking

One of the biggest diseases of the mind and unhappiness is ”over-thinking”, especially too much thinking about others:

Constantly thinking about what they did, why they did it.   What they should do, what they should have done, what they said, what you wished they had said, why they spoke at all. Why are they doing what they are doing? etc                                            All this does is rob your mind of its peace and sanity. It’s bad for your mental health and your happiness.

Thinking too much is like eating too much. The heaviness makes it impossible to remain light and flexible.                              We get stuck on little things and gradually the little things become huge things which we cannot shake off.                                 Often when we think too much we fantasise and overreact. The story gets bigger and bigger and often completely out of context. Thus, we create negative feelings inside ourselves and around us. We become unhappy.

Overthinking doesn’t help anyone especially yourself. It drains your energy and stops you leading a happy fulfilled life. Let others do as they do, and you do as you want to do. No two lives are the same and no two minds are the same. we all have a unique path. So when you catch yourself over thinking, especially about a particular person, stop! let it go! and clear your mind, for your own sanity and your metal and emotional health
