This Week’s Food For Thought – A sense of Balance

When you have balance in your life, there is a sense and feeling of well-being, peacefulness, optimism and a clear conscience.

To be able to achieve this you need to be aware, remember and practise the basic foundation of learning to look after yourself spiritually.

When you are spiritually aware, your mind will become more peaceful and clear, you become more loving of the self and others and mindful at all times.

You then start to instinctively know how much time to spend on your own well-being and how much on fulfilling other responsibilities.

You can give your best to others only when you are at best yourself, and you no longer run on empty.

In other words you find the balance.
