This Week’s Food For Thought – Self Acceptance

 I am sure many of you reading this just like myself have at times in our lives had difficulties with self acceptance of who we are and what we want to be. Maybe not even liking what or who we see in the mirror.
Self Acceptance is an agreement with yourself to appreciate, validate and support who you are right now, even those parts you’d like to chan…ge. Each day take time and look at yourself in the mirror.
Take a moment to love and accept the person you see looking back at you. Even tell yourself that you ‘love’ you. Smile at you and you will smile back at you.  
Love and accept yourself as you are, and the things you don’t like you can change and they will change, but it is you who has to do the changing.
