This Week’s Food For Thought – Take Time For Yourself

The end of 2012 and all its amazing highs and its lows is here.  The world of course didn’t end as so many had prophesized it would and now it is said we have entered a new era of enlightenment a gentler, kinder world will start to emerge.

A New Year is a time for new beginnings and to make changes in your life you wish to make. So for 2013 here are some suggestions for you to do.

Take time to laugh, it is good and healthy for your soul.
Take time to love and be loved. Take time for yourself, love yourself, be kind to yourself.
Take time to think, even meditate it is a powerful resource.
Take time to read, it is the fountain of wisdom.
Take time to walk in nature, reconnect to the earth and all she offers.
Take time to just ‘be’
